Transitional Sovereignty Council President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Visits the Venue of the Sudanese Football Federation General Assembly

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, visited the Sudanese Football Federation's General Assembly venue in Port Sudan.

Dr. Moatasem Jaafar, the President of the Federation, stated that the Sovereignty Council President confirmed the support of the state and the Sudanese people for the national football team. He praised the team's achievements in the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which have brought pride to the nation.

Dr. Jaafar also highlighted the widespread popular solidarity with the Armed Forces and the unity of all segments of society in the ongoing battle for national dignity against the thugs of the Al-Daqlo terrorist militia.
