The US Special Envoy to Sudan, Tom Perriello, reported that (3114) thousand kilograms of humanitarian aid reached (300) thousand people in Sudan during the past week.

There are (25) million people suffering from acute hunger and the risk of famine,’ Perello said in a blog post on the “X” platform, noting that more efforts are needed to confront this crisis.

He also pledged to continue the efforts of the Geneva Talks Group to push for an increase in aid, in addition to putting pressure on the warring parties to end the war.
