The Sudan Liberation Forces Coalition condemned the positions of the (Taqaddum) alliance regarding the war waged by the rebellious Rapid Support Forces militia against the country, considering the lack of a clear condemnation from the alliance and its leader Abdullah Hamdok for the crimes and violations committed by the militia as disgraceful.

Salah Hamid Al-Wali, the coalition’s Vice President and Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources for the Darfur region, stated in a press release that Hamdok’s visit to the United Kingdom aims to provide cover for the militia’s actions in Gezira State and the Darfur region. He alleged that Hamdok is promoting the prospect of international military intervention in Sudan under the guise of civilian protection.

The Sudan Liberation Forces Alliance condemns Hamdok and Taqaddum's positions regarding the militia war as disgraceful.

In a pointed message directed at Hamdok and the Taqaddum alliance, Salah said, "We tell Hamdok and Taqaddum that we do not need the British government to protect our people, land, and sovereignty." He further accused Hamdok of officially allying with criminal militias and offering them political protection to advance foreign agendas that threaten the country's stability.

He considered the Taqaddum alliance, led by Hamdok, to be a partner in the crimes of genocide and human rights violations committed by the militia in the states of Darfur, Kordofan, Gezira, Khartoum, Sennar, and White Nile, noting that this accusation will remain until national and international law proves otherwise.

He added that Hamdok's visit coincides with the rising voices in international forums and the hostile media calling for intervention in the country, pointing out that Hamdok's support for these trends is shameful.

He urged the Sudanese public to participate and respond to the call made by civil society organizations and the Sudanese community in the United Kingdom to denounce these positions.
