Press Conference of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the North

The Media and Programs Committee of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the Northern State held a press conference today under the leadership of the resistance, discussing the delegation's visit to the operational areas and liberated regions, and the delivery of the state convoy to those stationed at the front lines in Khartoum State.
In the press conference, the head of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the Northern State, Lt. Gen. Dr. Engineer Saleh Yassin Saleh, affirmed that the convoy sent by the state to the fighters at the front lines is the thirteenth convoy, noting that it contained large quantities of food, supplies, and medical materials at a total cost exceeding one trillion and 373 billion pounds. Lt. Gen. Saleh emphasized that the convoy’s purpose is to support the armed forces, other security agencies, the popular resistance, and the community of Khartoum State. He reiterated the Northern State’s commitment to continue sending support convoys to the front lines until victory is achieved over the rebel militias. He extended condolences for the fallen martyrs of the Battle of Dignity, wished a quick recovery for the wounded, and hoped for the swift release of those captured. He also reassured the citizens of the Northern State about the security situation at all state borders, attributing this stability to the vigilance of the armed forces, joint forces, and popular resistance, while refuting rumors circulating on social media.
He praised the significant role that the media has played in supporting and backing the armed forces and the popular resistance and in addressing citizens' and national issues. He stressed the media's role in countering rumors and contributing to the security and stability of the state during the upcoming phase. The deputy head of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the state, Major General Dr. Abdul Rahman Ahmed Faqiri, also spoke, emphasizing that the media is one of the crucial strategic battalions contributing to the Battle of Dignity. He noted that the convoy sent by the Northern State to Khartoum achieved several meanings and goals, including establishing security and stability, maintaining communication with the armed forces and those stationed at the front lines, supporting them, alleviating social impacts, embodying values of cooperation and solidarity between military and civilian institutions, and strengthening and enhancing communication between the Northern State and Khartoum State, as well as exchanging visits and expertise with the River Nile State through the formation of a joint body and force in military and social issues. He added that the convoy targeted all groups and categories and received wide response and acceptance from the government of Khartoum State, the popular resistance, and the community of the state, praising all who contributed to and participated in the convoy, and promising to send more food, supply, and medical convoys to the armed forces shortly.
Additionally, Dr. Maha Ahmed Abdul Aal, head of the Finance Committee of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the Northern State, reviewed the arrangements that preceded the convoy's dispatch, thanking all institutions, entities, sectors, and activities that contributed to the convoy, which consisted of 60 trucks loaded with food, supplies, and medical materials to achieve its intended objectives.
For his part, the head of the Media and Programs Committee of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance, Major General Security M. Issam Ali Abdul Rahman, acknowledged the efforts and sacrifices of the armed forces, other security agencies, and the popular resistance as they defend the soil of this nation. He affirmed that the good news of victory is beginning to appear on the horizon, indicating that the Northern State will continue to support and assist the Battle of Dignity until the country is cleansed of the filth of rebels, traitors, mercenaries, and hired hands. He added that the Northern State has so far provided 180 martyrs in defense of the land and honor, valuing the role of the media in the Battle of Dignity.
Mr. Muzamil Hashim Idris, head of the Youth Authority for Supporting and Assisting the Armed Forces and head of the Youth Committee of the Higher Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the Northern State, discussed the medical services and programs offered by the youth authority's medical convoy to several liberated areas in the localities of Omdurman, Karri, and Bahri. These services included examinations, diagnoses, treatment, and the distribution of medical supplies. Mr. Muzamil shared that the convoy was staffed by 40 medical personnel, including 8 specialized doctors, 12 laboratory staff, 6 physiotherapists, 8 nurses in various medical specialties, 3 pharmacists, and two complete laboratories. He extended his appreciation to the National Health Insurance Fund, the National Medical Supplies Fund in the state, and several pharmaceutical companies for their contributions to medicines and equipment, which supported both the armed forces and citizens of Khartoum State.
