Police Forces in Al-Nuhud Confirm Readiness to Defeat Rebellion

The Secretary-General of the Government of West Kordofan, Sabri Youssef Jabara Jaber, affirmed the support and backing from the state governor, Dr. Issam al-Din Haroun, for all security apparatuses defending the land and honor. On behalf of the governor, he expressed deep appreciation for the efforts of the armed forces on all fronts, as well as for the popular resistance, reserve forces, and mobilized units supporting the armed forces in Al-Nuhud.

He stated that all divisions of the police forces are renewing their commitment and determination to stand alongside the armed forces in a unified front, defending the children, mothers, elderly, displaced persons, and refugees of the state. He emphasized their capability to defeat mercenaries from every part of the homeland.

This statement was delivered during his speech at the security demonstration organized by the police forces on Thursday, which started in front of the state's police headquarters in Al-Nuhud.

For his part, the Director of State Police, Brigadier General Human Rights Dr. Al-Moaz Abdel Qader, reiterated the police forces' commitment to standing with the armed forces in the Battle of Dignity against the rebellious Rapid Support Forces militia. He expressed confidence that West Kordofan would soon, by God’s will and the determination of its people, be safe and secure once again.

He commended all regular forces participating in the police demonstration and reassured the citizens of Al-Nuhud of the police forces' ability to overcome any existing or future rebellion. He dismissed false and malicious rumors spread on social media, which seek to lower the morale and security of the people of Al-Nuhud.

In closing, he stated, "Those who wish to fight us should meet us on the battlefield."
