Mobilization Committee Deploys Recruits for Neighborhood Security

Khartoum – The Mobilization and Popular Resistance Organization Committee in Khartoum State held its regular meeting today, chaired by the Committee Secretary, Retired Major General Dr. Al-Qasim Abu Ahmed, and attended by the Director of Community Police in Khartoum State, Police Major Abdulmahmoud Hamad Abdelkader.
The meeting focused on reviewing the work of the committees, identifying challenges, and developing strategies to address them.
Discussions also covered coordination efforts with the Community Police Department of Khartoum State for the deployment of recruits at community police points and centers across Khartoum State.
In the same context, efforts were discussed to mobilize neighborhood residents to support community policing.
The Director of Community Police in Khartoum State, Police Major Abdulmahmoud Hamad Abdelkader welcomed the committee's conclusions, expressing approval of the plan to deploy recruits to community police centers and points. He also supported the mobilization of collaborators and volunteers from neighborhoods to assist in community policing efforts.
He highlighted the vital role of community police in maintaining security in neighborhoods and recently liberated areas. Additionally, the Supreme Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance will provide everything necessary to support the state's interest in ensuring security, represented by both the general police and community police forces.
