Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the Blue Nile Region

The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, met on Tuesday with the delegation of the Mobilization and Popular Resistance Committee in the Blue Nile Region, led by Dr. Farah Ibrahim Al-Akar.

Dr. Farah provided a statement following the meeting, noting that discussions focused on the current challenges and issues surrounding mobilization and popular resistance within the country. He briefed General Al-Burhan on the committee's recent activities and the steps taken to support security and resistance efforts.

According to Dr. Farah, the meeting produced promising results aimed at bolstering security and stability within the Blue Nile Region. He expressed confidence in the readiness of the Armed Forces, along with other regular forces, and mobilized members of the community, to stand against acts of rebellion and enforce stability. Dr. Farah emphasized the determination of these groups to respond with courage, valor, and resolve in the face of unrest.
