Director General of Standards and Metrology Affirms Support for the Armed Forces

The Director General of the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Authority, Professor Rahba Said Abdullah, praised the sacrifices of the armed forces in the battle for dignity and honor to cleanse the country of rebels and agents. She expressed condolences for the souls of the martyrs, both military and civilian, who fell defending the homeland and wished for the swift recovery of the wounded and the release of the captives.


This statement came during her visit, accompanied by the Director of the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Authority for the Northern State, Engineer Abdul Azim Ismail, and the Commander of the 75th Division in Dongola, Brigadier General Malik Mohamed Ramli, along with several leaders of the authority, to visit the wounded and injured from the Battle of Dignity at the Dongola Military Hospital. Professor Abdullah affirmed the authority’s unwavering support for the armed forces and security agencies until victory is achieved and peace and stability are fully restored. She also highlighted the authority’s mission to improve quality of life, beginning her visit with an inspection of the 19th Infantry Division and its affiliated units.


On his part, the Director of the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Authority for the Northern State stated that the Director General's visit is part of the regular follow-up on the activities of the sector’s offices, identifying deficiencies in infrastructure, and addressing various issues in the state, as well as protecting consumers and the national economy.
