Acting Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Meets with the Minister of Federal Governance and the Governor of White Nile State

The Acting Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra, held an important meeting with the Minister of Federal Governance, Engineer Mohamed Kortikila Saleh, and the Governor of White Nile State, Omar Ahmed Al-Khalifa, at the office of the Minister of Federal Governance.

The meeting focused on the agricultural situation in White Nile State. The governor reported the success of the summer agricultural season, anticipating a plentiful harvest, and emphasized the state’s efforts to ensure the success of the winter season.

For his part, the Acting Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra expressed his support for the state's efforts, commending the significant work by both the state and the Ministry of Production and Economic Resources. He stressed the importance of prioritizing pest control, particularly for birds, and directed an immediate start to control measures.

The Minister also thanked the Minister of Federal Governance for his vital role in the success of the summer agricultural season, noting that his recognition during the Harvest Festival was a tribute to his efforts.
