President of the Sovereignty Council Sends Congratulations to Tunisian President on Election Victory

On Tuesday, the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory telegram to Tunisian President Kais Saied on his re-election for a second term in the Tunisian presidential elections.

In his message, Al-Burhan expressed: "It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of the government and people of Sudan, to congratulate you on this well-deserved victory in the presidential elections. I wish you good health and well-being, and for the people of Tunisia, continued progress and prosperity."

The President of the Sovereignty Council also emphasized the strong bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, reaffirming Sudan's commitment to enhancing and developing cooperation with Tunisia across various sectors.
