The Popular Resistance in Northern State Receives Halfa Locality Convoy to Support the Armed Forces

The Supreme Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in Northern State received today in Dongola a convoy from Halfa Locality to support and assist the armed forces and fighters on the front lines. The ceremony was attended by the representative of the Governor of Northern State, Dr. Sati Hassan Sati, the Director General of the Ministry of Health, the Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in Northern State, Lt. Gen. Dr. Engineer Saleh Yasin Saleh, the Vice Chairman of the Supreme Committee, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Dr. Abdul Rahman Ahmed Fiqiri, Commander of the Reserve Forces in the State, Lt. Col. Al-Fateh Fadl Al-Mawla, several members of the Supreme Committee, and the representative of the Executive Director of Halfa Locality, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Majeed, along with members of the Popular Resistance in Halfa Locality.
The representative of the Northern State Governor and Director General of the Ministry of Health, in his speech during the event, saluted the leaders, sectors, and community of Halfa Locality for their continuous support and backing of the armed forces and popular resistance, who defend the land, honor, and the dignity of the Sudanese people, striving to cleanse the country of rebels, traitors, mercenaries, and agents.
He emphasized that the convoy sent by Halfa Locality to support the armed forces and front-line fighters reflects the strong bond between the people and their armed forces, the guarantor of the country’s safety, stability, and unity. He also noted that the state government is paying significant attention to the humanitarian issues of the locality, especially Halfa’s water concerns, and promised great benefits and good news in the coming period.
For his part, the Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in Northern State praised Halfa Locality’s efforts and contributions in supporting the armed forces and popular resistance, as well as its role in assisting those displaced by the war. He emphasized that the locality represents a melting pot of all Sudanese tribes and a symbol of unity, peaceful coexistence, and strong social fabric among the citizens of the nation. He also affirmed the commitment of the popular resistance to addressing the concerns and issues of Halfa’s residents.
The representative of the Executive Director of Halfa Locality explained that the convoy delivered today to the Supreme Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance in the state includes a considerable amount of in-kind supplies. He renewed the locality’s continued efforts and support, both materially and morally, for the armed forces until every area tainted by rebellion was liberated.
