The Acting Minister of Interior launches the 17th phase of the Ministry's support for the war effort

Acting Minister of Interior, Major General (Ret.) Khalil Basha Sairin, initiated the 17th phase of the Ministry's support for the war effort. This phase provides medicines, medical equipment, and fabrics to hospitals serving the armed forces and police in Kassala and Al-Qadarif states, along with neonatal incubators for the central police hospital. The launch event was attended by Lt. Gen. Mohamed Ibrahim Awadallah, Deputy Director General of the Police Force, and Major General Sami Hamed Ahmed Hareez, head of the training authority and eastern sector supervisor.

The Minister highlighted the Ministry's ongoing commitment to support the war effort and aid the armed forces. This initiative includes medical supplies for armed forces and police hospitals in North Darfur (Al-Fashir), Kassala, and Al-Qadarif, as well as incubators for the central police hospital in Gezira State and displaced families from Gezira State currently in Shendi locality. He emphasized the collaborative nature of the support, coordinated with customs forces and internal and external partners, reaffirming the Ministry of Interior’s dedication to sustained assistance until victory is achieved.
