During his meeting with the state police, the Director of Nile River State Police commends preventive efforts.

Maj. Gen. Salman Mohammed Al-Tayeb Saad, Director of Nile River State Police, chaired today's tenth leadership board meeting at the state police headquarters.
He commended the preventive measures taken through intensive and ongoing campaigns targeting negative phenomena, including alcohol, drugs, and unauthorized foreign presence. In October alone, the state’s localities conducted 92 preventive campaigns, with Berber Locality leading with 33 campaigns, resulting in significant security outcomes that contributed to peace and stability in the area.
He directed that there be no leniency towards troublemakers and emphasized the need to intensify efforts in markets and mining areas.
In his speech, he also highlighted the importance of field and academic training, stressing the need to implement plans and programs related to this matter to cover all members of the Nile River State Police and its various departments.

Maj. Walid Mohammed Ali Shabo, Director of the Executive Office, reviewed previous decisions and their implementation progress. Leadership board members were further briefed on the administrative status by Brig. Badr Al-Din Ali Dafallah, Director of the General Affairs Division, while Brig. Yasir Abdel Hamid, Director of the Criminal Division, presented a crime report detailing crime patterns across the state with supporting statistics.
Brig. Issam Al-Din Omar, Director of Railway Security Police, presented a report on the performance of his forces, including their current situation and needs, for which the state police director pledged to provide solutions.
The members also heard similar reports on the performance of the Oil Security and Tourism and Antiquities departments.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director of State Police honored Lt. Fawzi Qassem Al-Sayed from Atbara Locality's Police-Unity Police Department for his outstanding criminal work, granting him recognition and a financial reward as an incentive for him and his peers to continue their efforts.
