Port Sudan - The official spokesperson for the Sudanese Alliance, Mr. Muhammad Al-Samani, who is part of the joint forces that lost General Khamees Abdullah Abkar as a martyr in the Battle of Dignity against the rebel Rapid Support Forces, condemned the crimes of forced displacement and premeditated murder carried out by the militia two days ago in several villages in the Darfur states, which affected more than 20 villages.
Al-Samani stated that over 13,000 citizens were displaced as a result of these brutal acts, and a large number of civilians were killed and injured.
He called on international and local community organizations to condemn these crimes, which amount to genocide.
He added that the rebel militia, after suffering recent defeats in Darfur, Jabal Moia, and some areas, especially in Khartoum State, resorted to this tactic, which they adopted since the beginning of their rebellion against the state last year. He emphasized that the disappearance of the militia from Sudan is approaching, and they will face a crushing defeat, thanks to God, the Armed Forces, the joint forces, the popular resistance, and all other regular bodies that are making sacrifices to protect Sudan against external interventions.
