Team from the Electricity Transmission Company Assesses Damages at Um Dabbakir Station

Following the liberation of the Jabal Moya area and the securing of the road, a team of technicians from the Sudanese Electricity Transmission Company moved yesterday to assess the damages inflicted on the electricity transmission line due to the Rapid Support Forces' targeting of the state's vital infrastructure, which adds to its record of crimes.

The team identified the maintenance requirements to restore electricity to the locality of Sinnar, which has been suffering from a general power outage for the fourth consecutive month, disrupting various medical, living, and health services. The team confirmed that work would begin soon, with the promise of restoring power in the coming days.

They also expressed their appreciation to the Sinnar Mobile Force, led by Major General Abdul-Munim Abdul-Basit, for their substantial support in ensuring the success of the repair efforts. The delegation, which visited the Um Dabbakir Station, was accompanied by Major General Suleiman Al-Amin and Colonel Hashem Omar Wahbi.
