Speakers emphasized the importance of the initiative, calling for increased cooperation in the field of food security in light of challenges such as climate change, conflicts, population growth, poverty, and economic decline.

The launch was accompanied by a two-day exhibition organized by the four participating international organizations, highlighting their efforts and innovations in the field of food security.

Notably, this initiative aims to mobilize the efforts of member states and international organizations in Vienna to address food security challenges, particularly in Africa, with a focus on sharing expertise and successful experiences in this field and attracting funding.

The establishment of this group is part of Sudan's efforts to strengthen international partnerships aimed at achieving sustainable development and food security.
