Inauguration of the Joint Security Cell in Sinkat

Governor of Red Sea State, Lieutenant General Mustafa Mohamed Nour Mahmoud, inaugurated the joint security cell in Sinkat locality, commending the commitment of mobilized forces to their mission and their readiness to defend the land and honor. He reaffirmed the state government’s support for ongoing mobilization efforts.

Major General Hatem Hassan Al-Tayeb, Commander of the 12th Infantry Division in Sinkat, emphasized the critical role of mobilization and popular resistance in countering mercenaries threatening local communities. He called for sustained training initiatives to enhance community protection capabilities.

Chief Nazir Turk of the Hadendoa tribes expressed his support for organizing a comprehensive conference to unite Sudanese perspectives and develop internally driven solutions to national challenges.

Additionally, the governor inaugurated the headquarters for the Reserve and Mobilization Forces serving the state’s western localities, including Sinkat, Haya, and Durdeib, expressing gratitude to those committed to mobilization and community protection, as well as their support for the armed forces in the Battle of Dignity.
