The governor pledged to organize the market and grant the traders commercial properties in recognition of their role in serving the citizens under extremely challenging conditions due to the war.

In a related context, the governor expressed his appreciation for the mosques and Quran memorization centers that remained active in their locations, continuing their mission of education and supporting Quran students.

During a visit to the Sheikh Al-Rifa’i Quran memorization center in the western countryside, the governor reaffirmed the state’s commitment to supporting mosques and centers that stood resilient against the rebel militias and preserved places of worship from the vandals who violated the sanctity of mosques.
