The governor emphasized the need to apply standards in selecting committee members, avoiding partisan and political affiliations, and choosing individuals who are accepted by the community and have the necessary abilities to carry out their assigned tasks.

The governor also mentioned that the project's launch will include the activation and completion of community police centers within neighborhoods. This effort is part of a series of steps taken by the state under its security plan during the ongoing war, which involves identifying security threats, negative behaviors, suspicious activities, and crimes.

The state has previously issued several emergency orders to enhance security, including joint patrols, security cells, and fixed checkpoints.
