Governor of Al-Jazeera: Committed to Providing All Support for the Western Task Force to Enter Madani

The Al-Jazeera State Security Committee, led by Governor Al-Taher Ibrahim Al-Khair, visited the western task force of the state today. Upon arrival, the governor and his delegation were welcomed by Brigadier General Omar Abdullah, the commander of the task force, alongside officers and soldiers. The visit also included the leadership of the Popular Resistance in the state and the support committee for the armed forces.

During his address to the task force, the governor emphasized the improved security situation along the borders of Managil, attributing it to the resilience of the forces and the collapse of militia forces. He added that some villages have successfully repelled the militias, but there is a need to secure certain villages when the militias withdraw, using a state of alert.

The governor praised the patience of the people of Al-Jazeera, stating that they have endured a lot, and reiterated the commitment to provide all the necessary support for the western task force to enter Madani in the coming days. He noted that the Sudanese soldier is renowned for their steadfastness and competence.

The director of state police, Abdul Ilah Ali Ahmed, announced the readiness of police forces to secure all liberated areas.
