Gadarif Health Insurance Monitors Outlets Providing Additional Medical Package Services

The technical supervision team, led by Dr. Somaya Mohamed Obeidallah, Director of Health Services Administration, inspected outlets offering additional medical package services. The team included Mr. Mohamed Al-Amin, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs; Dr. Zein Al-Abideen Mohamed Siddiq, Head of Pharmaceutical Services; Dr. Manahil Jaafar, Head of Claims; Dr. Marwa Al-Mahdi; Dr. Doaa Kamal Al-Din from Medical Services; Dr. Mohamed Jaafar, Head of Laboratories; as well as Mr. Mohamed Haidar and Mr. Dafallah Araki from the Media and Public Relations Unit.

The team visited outlets contracted with the National Health Insurance Fund to provide medical services for additional medical package cardholders. Their tour included the Modern Health Insurance Medical Complex, Gadarif Dispensary, Shakireen Specialized Clinic, Al-Azraq Center for Ophthalmology, and Fadel Pharmacy.

The purpose of this visit was to enhance oversight and ensure the provision of high-quality health services to additional medical package subscribers in the state. The team reviewed the workflow at these outlets and assessed the technical challenges faced by medical staff in delivering services.
