Directive for Legal and Technical Solutions for All Housing Plans of the Housing Fund in Nile River State

Atbara – Acting Minister of Infrastructure and Urban Development in Nile River State, Engineer Samir Saeed Abdullah, issued a directive to implement necessary legal and technical solutions for all housing plans affiliated with the state's Housing and Development Fund.

This directive was given during a joint meeting chaired by the minister, with the participation of General Registrar Mawlana Issam Al-Din Al-Taher and Director of the Housing Fund, Engineer Omar Ahmed Ali.

Engineer Samir emphasized the importance of capitalizing on the positive aspects of previous housing plans while addressing their shortcomings. He stressed the need to focus on vertical building designs to ensure the efficient provision of essential services and to conserve land resources.
