Cooperation Agreement Between the Universities of Khartoum and Wadi Al-Nil in Faculty Exchange and Research Projects.

On Monday, Wadi Al-Nil University and the University of Khartoum signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at fostering academic cooperation between the two institutions. The agreement includes provisions for the exchange of faculty members and students, collaborative supervision of graduate theses, and joint research projects. This collaboration is seen as a significant step toward enhancing educational and research ties between the universities.

The memorandum was signed by Professor Hassan Al-Haj Al-Saim, Director of Wadi Al-Nil University, and Professor Imad Al-Din Al-Tayeb Al-Tahir, Director of the University of Khartoum, with the presence of deans and senior officials from both universities.

Professor Hassan Al-Saim expressed his happiness in hosting the exams for a significant number of students from other universities, exceeding 15,000 students, including 2,000 students from the University of Khartoum, whose exams will be held this month.


Al-Saim welcomed the visit of the University of Khartoum’s director, Professor Ardib, which comes as part of assessing the preparations and arrangements for the exams, which will be held at the College of Education in Atbara last month, in recognition of the country's current circumstances. Professor Ardib, representing the University of Khartoum, extended his gratitude to the administration and community of Wadi Al-Nil University, recognizing their national spirit and commitment. He acknowledged the importance of this collaboration, particularly during these difficult times, as it reflects a shared dedication to supporting higher education in Sudan.
